Just want to give a big shout out to my cute hubby Mike...He planned a night out for my birthday and it was a BLAST! He took me to Paris! (Really....he did! The Paris Hotel here in Vegas! ha ha...)...Anyways we ate at a fun restaurant, walked around, shopped, and spent all our time together. We even had a babysitter...so it was very enjoyable! First we stopped at the Welcome To Vegas sign...since we've been here for 4 years, and almost leaving, we keep saying we need to stop and take a picture...so we finally did! Then we went to a nice dinner, shopping, etc. etc. It was SO much fun. Then, today, he had to do rounds at the hospital, so I took the girls to church by myself (always fun!)...and then he got done early, so he got home and had a lunch ready (with the table all set and everything!) for when we got home from church. He made a cake, and has some fun stuff planned. He even slipped a little love note under my plate for me to read. It was SO sweet, and made me cry. So, thanks Mike...I love you and you're the BEST! I can't wait to spend more birthdays with you hunny!

Hey the other reason that I wanted to say Hi was b/c my husband went to the U of U for med school.. oh how we miss it! We are in seattle right now for residency. He is an OB/GYN. What is your husband doing?? Anyways, a few of my friends put together a blog called "life of a resident" It is so awesome b/c you can share all the "honest" things you want & know everyone is going through the same thing!
