WARNING! Due to the graphic matter in this post...it is not for those queasy or pregnant!
I now know the meaning of "Blow Chunks"....thanks to my sweet little Samantha! I went in her room this morning to find that she had "blown chunks" EVERYWHERE!!! Apparently she slept through it, and so it was nice and dry...but still stinky :-(
I cannot believe it...through the crib (yes...she is still in a crib, but my Mom reassured me it was okay...I was in a crib until I was 4 1/2!!!) So, it was all through the crib, rails, mattress, sheets, carpet, floor, floor vent, shutters, window, and yes, even on Bailee's bed skirt! Holy cow. It's almost like she was a vomiting sprinkler!!! (Sorry if you are sick but I have never seen anything like this!)
My cute friend Jen has taught me to laugh so I don't cry over these things, so the entire time I was cleaning and gagging and dry heaving, I had this post pictured in my head. It even made it on my list of things to do today!
So, needless to say, I have made it to another level of motherhood. And, got an entire new level of love and respect for my own sweet mother! How did she do this with 6 kids?!!! And my mother-in-law had 7!!!
Thankfully, Samantha is totally fine now. She woke up and asked for some Diet Coke (My kind of girl :-) ) I am thinking that hot dogs, and fruit snacks and koolaid and strawberries must not have been a very nice combo on her tummy yesterday at Cherry Hill. Sorry Sammie girl! Love you!

Oh Kar, that is the worst. But hey, I guess it is better she got to sleep through it, because so did you, right. Much better to just face it in the morning than in the middle of the night. However neither one is prefered.
I am glad she is feeling better.
super sick. i am always amazed at the gross things these kids do and that us lucky mom's get to clean it up. once lincoln threw up out the side of his crib...unfortunately hannah was sleeping on his floor that night because we had company. yup, barf on her head. gross. and really funny at the same time. kids are crazy.
Thank goodness for LYSOL! I am convinced there is nothing worse than throwing up, except having to clean it up! What a crappy day! Soooo sorry! I'm so glad you could laugh about it though! It sure beats crying that's for sure!! I'm glad she's feeling better now! You are such a cute mommy, your kids are lucky to have you! love you! xoxo
Oh my! I was told I did that as a kid on a camping trip. I ate too many chocoblisses and blew chunks all over my brother and sisters sleeping bags, then went back to sleep.
Now when ever we go camping we bring a bowl in the tent just in case.
Hope she's feeling better:) Love the picture!
